Products & Care

1. What type of materials do you use? Our pillows, tabletop and shower curtains are made using natural fabrics. We print on eco-twill fabric, with a blend of organic cotton and recycled poly.  

2. What are your inserts made out of? Our inserts are the highest quality down feather inserts. Inserts are made with 100% white cotton, and filled with 5% down and 95% feather.

3. Are your pillows hypoallergenic? Our inserts are hypoallergenic. A CentroClean sterilization process is used to remove allergens from down and feathers.

4. What's the best way to clean and care for your pillows?  Pillow covers should be hand washed in cold water using a non-toxic cleanser. When covers are slightly damp, iron them inside out for a clean, crisp look. Do not dry clean or machine wash.

5. What about your wallpaper? AphroChic wallpaper is hand screened and digitally printed the United States.

Shipping & Returns

1. How long will it take for me to receive my order? Please note that all items are made-to-order, and will be received in 4-6 weeks. Pillows and wallpaper are shipped via UPS ground or USPS. Tabletop and shower curtains are shipped via USPS.

2. Do you ship internationally? Yes. We welcome international orders. The cost of shipping is based upon your location, and will be calculated at the time of your order.

3. What is AphroChic’s return policy? At AphroChic, one of our main goals is to offer products that beautify your home and make you happy. If an item arrives and is damaged, please contact us at info@aphrochic.com immediately. We will work with you to replace the item or return it for a credit with AphroChic. If you would like to return an undamaged item, please do so within 30 days of receipt. Please return the item in its original condition with all original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returns.

Custom Orders

Any requests? At AphroChic, we welcome custom orders.  However, there are a few requirements that have to be met:

  • Custom orders are limited to requests for the use of specific colorways in the creation of established AphroChic patterns. Requests for patterns not present in existing AphroChic collections will not be honored.
  • All custom requests must be accompanied by the pantone numbers of the colors being requested.  
  • All custom requests involving multiple colors must differentiate between the color of the pattern and the color of the piping.
  • All custom orders will be made via email.  Use our contact us at info@aphrochic.com to submit your order.
  • A surcharge of 15% will be added to the price of the product being customized.
  • Orders will be billed electronically via Paypal.  Orders will be processed at the time payment is received, and will arrive within 3-4 weeks.
  • All custom sales are final.  No returns or refunds will be granted.  Damaged or defective merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
