Auction for Haiti: Aprons by Urban Casita

Our third auction item is a set of three aprons from Urban Casita.  If you haven’t read it, Urban Casita is a lovely blog featuring art, decor, and author Megan Jeyifo’s story of decorating her home.  Megan Jeyifo offers a fresh perspective on her blog, and has taken time the past few days to write about ways that artists and bloggers can get involved in relief efforts in Haiti.  One of the first members of the Bloggers Day of Action for Haiti, Megan has been kind enough to hand-make three aprons for auction today.

100% of the winning bid for these lovely aprons will go to support relief efforts in Haiti.  To win all three aprons, it’s simple:

1. Bidding on these items will be open for 24 hours.
2. Leave your bid in the comment section below with your first name and last initial.
3. The winning bidder will be asked to make a donation in the amount promised to a charity in support of relief efforts for Haiti. Charitable donations can be sent to the ones listed below, or another organization of your choice:
Red Cross
UNICEF
Yele Haiti
4. Send your donation receipt to [email protected] and the item of your choice will be shipped to you.

Bidding starts at $25. Bidding for this item ends on January 16th at 9:00am PST. Repeat bidders are welcome.
