Roasted Pear Crisps for Christmas Morning

One of the things we love most about the holidays is enjoying delicious food with family and friends. Just in time for Christmas morning, here is a yummy dish that we love, that can easily be added to your holiday brunch. In just a few quick steps, you’ll have a healthy side that you’ll want to make again, well after the holidays are over.

Step 1: Cut pears in half leaving skin intact

Step 2: Scoop out the core with a spoon

Step 3: Fill the core with your favorite granola

Step 4: Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 5: Place pears face-up in baking pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until pears are soft and granola is browned

Step 6: Drizzle pears with honey and serve it with your favorite yogurt
