It’s through Instagram that we first spotted the work of Adma Delphine Fawundu. The Brooklyn photographer has been documenting hip-hop culture since the early 90s. Her most recent project is one that examines African youth and music culture. We spotted a few images from her photographic journeys to Ghana and Nigeria, documenting everything from beach parties, to classic vinyls being sold at street stands. The images are arresting, beautiful, thought-provoking. There is even more from this photojournalist on Instagram. We invite you to check it out.
