When you work in design, there’s nothing better than seeing the ways in which the work you do in a home can help to improve the lives of the people who live there. We partnered with LOWE’S to give an aging Brooklyn brownstone new life for a family of seven in Bedford-Stuyvesant. Along the way, we repainted the space, before filling the living and dining rooms with brand new furniture, accessories and lighting from LOWE’S and art from Valincy-Jean Patelli. To top it all off, we added two new architectural features to the home – a five-level built-in shelving unit and a fabulous fireplace mantel. It was a wonderful way to give something special to a deserving family. You can see more of this space on ELLE DECOR.
