At AphroChic, one of our main goals is to offer products that beautify your home and make you happy. If an item arrives and is incorrect, damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase at orders@aphrochic.com. We will work with you to replace the item. Please note that all custom orders, made-to-order, and sale items are non-refundable. Should you have any questions or concerns prior to making a purchase or after you receive your items, please contact us at orders@aphrochic.com.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Magazines are made-to-order and ship in 3-4 weeks. Shipping will take longer for international orders. Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, supply chain and shipping delays can occur. Our brand is committed to sustainability and saving our planet. We employs efforts that help to reduce waste and toxins in the environment and support local makers. Our textiles are manufactured in the United States and are made with natural materials and water-based dyes, and our lighting is handcrafted by expert artisans in Morocco. All of our items are made-to-order, reducing waste.
